- We work relentlessly to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours from our warehouse
- You might experience a slight delay in dispatch if orders are placed during festive seasons, offers or sales period. We request you to cooperate with us for the same.
- Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be dispatched within 48-72 hours from the next working day.
- Free shipping is available on all products subject to a minimum order value of Rs 1500. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1500/-
- Products will need to be signed upon If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
- We take no responsibility for products signed by an alternative person.
- In case the goods are damaged at our end or are lost in transit by us, the whole order amount including the delivery charges will be refunded by us. This will take 1-3 weeks for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
- All claims for wrong products or damages must be reported at [email protected] on the day of delivery
- Spa Theory is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- The order will be shipped in 5-7 working days depending on the shipping location.
